Centennial House

My great grandfather's sister and her husband, John and Johanna Foley had a hotel/boarding house that I think was across the street from the Chicago Northwestern Railroad Station. It might have been torn down when Hi Vee was built. Has anyone ever in your research heard of the Centennial House?
