Thomas - Krambeer marriage - 1951

St. John's Lutheran church of Farmersburg was the scene, June 05, for the marriage of Miss Betty Krambeer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Krambeer, and Garth Thomas, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thomas of Edgewood. The Rev. R. H. Steege officiated. Mary Jane Thomas, a sister of the groom, was the bride's only attendant. L'Dean Krambeer, brother of the bride, served as best man.

The bride is a graduate of the Farmersburg high school and was employed at the Telegraph-Herald office in Dubuque. The groom is a graduate of the Strawberry Point high school and is a student at the University of Dubuque.

On returning from a short wedding trip the couple will be at home in Des Moines for the summer.
