Funeral services for Rollin Borchers, 77, Bennett, were held June 23 at Runge Mortuary in Davenport, with burial in the Davenport Memorial Park.

Mr. Borchers died June 20 at Cedar Manor nursing home in Tipton.

He married Minnie Mayfield in 1935 in Davenport. She died in 1978.

Mr. Borchers worked at the Alcoa plant in Riverdale for 14 years, retiring in 1972.

He is survived by 3 daughters, Mrs. Roscoe (Bonnie) Anderson, Bennett; Mrs. Donald (Karen) Whitmer, Maysville and Mrs. Martin (Carla) Simon Jr., Cocoa, Fla.; a son, Kenneth, New Liberty; 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Donald (Blanche) Fox, Davenport and 2 brothers, Aaron, Moline, Ill. and Reid, Wheatland.
