E-Mail Note from Dave Ball, N.Vancouver, BC, Canada Jan 2002:
Amos and Fanny Ball from Vermont are now at the top of your tree. Now you have to do some work in Vermont to get the next link. The line I am tracing can be found on RootsWeb; search for Ezekiel Ball with wife Nancy and you will find me. His son Stephen was born about 1812 or so, married and moved west. Was in Ellington, Chatauque Co. New York in 1850. Stephen was a neighbor of Amos and Fanny in Iowa in 1860, so you can see why I am smelling a relation.
Best regards,
Dave Ball
