Waverly Veteran's addition

Hi,

Can any Waverly folks recall the "Veterans addition". I think it was by a power plant, railroad tracks(No longer there). It was composed of Quonset type apartments after WWII that I think had been used as housing for the German POW's that were brought to pick beans for the cannery in 1944. My dad was a vet and we lived there for a few years as young children.
I do have some small photos if anyone is interested.
