My Great Aunt Cecilia Seeck was married to William Junge (both of rural Keystone) February 21, 1917 and is likely one of the marriages you read about that took place in the rest room at the courthouse in Vinton. My Mother's research was that the room outside the judge's chambers was called the rest room.
