Miss Eunice SHAFER went over to Riley township Mon. and contracted to teach the Patrick school the coming term. Miss SHAFER taught part of the term at Patrick last year but was forced to give up the work because of poor health. This year the patrons of the school petitioned her to come back, which is a mighty good recommendation.
