Ward McGehee and Guy Dugan left Sunday for Mitchell, NE., where they have employment.

Altha Vanhoozer came Wednesday from Kansas City to take up her work in the Hughes & McCammond millinery shop.

DIAGONAL - Milo Bailey and William Brayman have formed a partnership and have started a new dray line. Mr. Brayman will have complete charge of the wagon.

KELLERTON - The Christian people are fortunate in securing W. E. Robb, of Des Moines, to preach for them during the coming year. Luther Roberts has sold his farm and will hold a closing out sale preparatory to
moving to Kellerton, where he expects to engage in the harness business.

Amy Havely is assisting in the French & Co. Store during the absence of Ollie Fulton.

BIRTHS
RINGGOLD - Mr and Mrs. Homer German are rejoicing over the arrival of a son, born August. 28.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Peyton are the proud parents of a little son, born to them on August 16.
