U.S. Post Office investigators and the Ringgold County Sherrif's Office arrested the man, who has identified himself as Jose MEDINA, 18, when he accepted delivery of a package which contained 18 pounds of a substance which appeared to be marijuana with a street value of some $18,000. Another package of marijuana weighting some 32 pounds for MEDINA was found at the Creston post office earlier. The two packages were found with the help of the Clarke County Sheriff's Department's drug dog, Sarah.
