Dane K. Johnson, D.O. of Mount Ayr, was elected president of the Iowa Osteopathic Medical Association at its recent annual conference and scientific seminar held in Des Moines.
John Larson of Kellerton will be awarded a master of science degree in guidance and counseling on Sunday during Buena Vista University's commencement exercises. Larsen is the guidance counselor at
Mount Ayr Community high school.
