According to the 1885 Humboldt County Iowa census;
Knut A. Waine, age 66, born in Norway
Martha Waine, age 47, born in Norway
Maggie Anderson, 21, born in Norway
Martin Anderson, 19, born in Norway
Ellen Anderson, 12, born in Winneshiek County, Iowa
Peter Anderson, 10, born in Winneshiek County, Iowa
Christian Anderson, 9, born in Winneshiek County, Iowa
Herman Anderson, 5, born in Humboldt County, Iowa

It appears that they emigrated from Norway after 1866 when Martin was born and before September 1867 when Inger Marie was baptized. They also seem to have stayed in Winneshiek County until at least 1876 when Christian was born but before 1879 when Herman was born in Humboldt County.
