Mrs. Pearl Marin, Former Resident, Dies in California

Funeral services for Mrs. Pearl Marin, 67, a native of Winneshiek County were held Friday, Aug. 3 at Steine Funeral Home, Mrs. Marin died July 27 in San Pedro, Calif.
The Rev. George Ulvilden conducted final rites. Burial was in the Lutheran Cemetery. Pallbearers were Lester Rasmussen, Earl Erickson, Raymond Tollefson, Maurice Erickson, Leonard Iverson and Arnold Thompson. Mrs. Otto Ruen was organist.
Mrs. Marin is survived by a son, W.E. Holiday of Prescott, Ariz.; two brothers, Fred Iverson, Decorah, and Alvin Iverson of Eugene, Ore. and two sisters, Mrs. Clara Erickson of Decorah and Mrs. John Fagerlie of Eugene, Ore.
Mrs. Marin was born April 8, 1904 in Canoe Township. Her parents were Tostin and Olina Iverson who preceded her in death. She also was preceded in death by her husband.
