DECORAH - Shirley Ann Huber was born January 23, 1949 in Decorah to Zeno William Jr. and Gladys (Timp) Huber. Shirley died on March 10, 2025 at the age of 76, surrounded by family.
In life, she married Garry DeSloover and together had two daughers, Sherri and Angela. The couple later divorced and she went on to marry her lifelong partner, Loren Haugland in 1987. She lived her life in New Hampton where she enjoyed cross stitching and the blooming beauty of the flowers in her garden.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Loren, two daughters, Sherri Trres and Angel (Terry) Schwickerath, six grandchildren, Jourdan (Conar) Reed, Brett (Megan) Schwickerath, Adam Schwickerath, Kyler Amundson, Emily (Christifer) Roders, and Jayden Torres, three great grandchildren, William, Emilia and Arthur Reed; three sisters, Carol Zweibohmer, Dorothy Evango, Barbara (Ron) Klimesh, and two brothers, Carl (Eileen) Huber and Dale (Karen) Huber.
