There is nothing in the Wapello records related to a George F. Coppell. However, there is the following:
Wapello County marriage records:
1) Ulysses Grant Copple married Etta Mae Bradley on 20 Feb 1887
2) Grant Copple married Clara Weider on 18 Dec 1888
3) Grant Copple married Juda Anna (Hobbs) Bean (unknown date)
4) Etta Mae Bradley married D. Mack Robert Brown on 18 Jan 1888.
5) Ella Bradley married W.F. Musselman on 3 July 1883Wapello County WPA records show:
Ulysses Grant Copple died 3 Aug 1936, aged 70
Juda A. Copple died 10 Oct 1936, aged 74
both are buried in Shaul Cemetery.Obituary of Ulysses "Grant" Coppel from Ottumwa Courier dated 4 Aug 1936 indicates.
He was born 10 July 1866 in Eddyville, Iowa son of William and Eva Copple
Current wife Anna who was formerly married to Edwin Bean survives.
First wife was Clara died previously (no date)
No any mention of a wife EttaChildren:
