I am pulling my hair out (even though it’s pretty much gone!) trying to find the grave of my great-great-great paternal grandparents. The only evidence I have of their burial location is from FindAGrave.com, and it says they are buried in Bladensburg Cemetery outside of Ottumwa.

I have walked the cemetery twice and found no evidence of any stones, even though I found their DAUGHTER-IN-LAW’S parents by accident! That was a bonus I was not expecting!!

Anyway, I also read somewhere that there are some stones that have sunken or been knocked down through the middle of the cemetery…I can’t remember where I read that.

Do you have any records of Bladensburg Cemetery or leads to anyone who may? If there was any way to confirm their lot, I would replace their stone if it has sunken or been destroyed.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me!
