Margaret Bell

Margaret Bell, 84, Donnellson, died at 5 a.m. October 18, 1990 in the Keokuk Area Hospital.

Born May 25, 1906 in Stockport, and a graduate of Stockport High School, she was the daughter of Samuel and Elizabeth Locke Stonebreaker. She married Fletcher Bell, August 7, 1930 in Ames.

She lived in Donnellson area for 40 years and taught in country schools. She was a member of the Donnellson United Methodist Church.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Norman (Janie) Jobes, Hartley, Mrs. Donald (Joanne) Bolton, Hamilton, and Mrs. William (Ida) Seaberg, Evergreen, Colorado; one sister, Mrs. Lester Van Hoosear, Quincy, Michigan; 16 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.

Services for Mrs. Bell were held Saturday, October 20, 1990 at the Hofbauer Funeral Home in Donnellson with the Reverend Jim Turner officiating. Burial was in Clay Grove Cemetery in Donnellson.
