Hazel Catherine Prine, 76, passed away, January 20, 1990, at the Santa Fe Trial Nursing Center, Burlingame, Kansas. She was born, May 25, 1913, Union TWP., Van Buren County, the daughter of Edward Wilmer Donald and Julia W. Schulze Webber.
She married first, Glenn "Jimmy" Klise and later on December 13, 1939, Kahoka, Missouri, she married William Prine. He preceded her in death, March 14, 1976.
She is survived by one son, James Albert Klise, Topeka, Kansas, six grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren and a half-sister, Gladys Donald Stockport.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Dixie Lee, a brother, Melvin Edward Donald, and a half sister, Gladys Worrell.
She spent her entire life in the Stockport and Fairfield area, going to Kansas in 1989. She retired after many years working at the J.C. Penny Store in Fairfield.
The body has been cremated, with burial later at Spencer Cemetery, northeast of Stockport.
