Immigrations from Holland around 1913

I am looking for any information on an Albert John (Jan) Meyerink. He immigrated from Zwolle, Holland, arriving through Ellis Island on Feb 25, 1913 aboard the ship "Noordam". I have the Ellis Island records, and they state that he had a friend named H.J. Driesen in Rock Valley. It appears that a large group of different families were also coming to Rock Valley to see Mr. Driesen. Could he have paid their way to America? Who was this Mr. Driesen? Any ideas? Albert spent only a few years in Rock Valley before moving to Colton, South Dakota, where he was married in 1917 or 1918. I'm curious about the Sioux County connection.
