Education: Attended Harlan (IA) Community Schools from elementary through high school, and graduated from Harlan High School, Class of 1967. She then attended Drake University, Des Moines, IA and received her degree in Pharmacy in 1972

Employment: Was a pharmacist at Myrtue Memorial Hospital, Harlan, IA, for 34 years

Hobbies/Interests: After retiring, Cindy was a volunteer for the Myrtue Memorial Medical Center Auxiliary; While raising their family, planning a summer vacation trip was a priority every year. They traveled countless miles with their camper in tow. Once the kids were out of the house, they, continued their travel adventures including to international destinations. At home, Cindy loved tending her flower beds and watching and feeding birds.
