Hobbies/Interests: Loved sports (especially the Iowa Hawkeyes), music (especially Bruce Springsteen), gardening and hosting parties together with Kathy; they attended numerous concerts, grew bountiful vegetable and flower gardens, and cooked elaborate dishes together; enjoyed traveling, including abroad
