Wm. Baird was married to Miss Rachel Shifflett at the bride's home, Friday night. Bob Baird, father of the groom gave a big feed out at his farm to the young couple. There were about seventy-five present and from the reports this scribe hears they must have had a good time. Bob wanted to give the boy a good send off.
