I did some quick checking. It appears that the grave for Lewis De Vall (infant) is in Block 7, Lot 16.....likely no marker. The only De Vall marker photographed in that Block 7 is for a Mary J. De Vall, age 71, who died in 1929. This is an online Grave Photo picture taken of her stone in Block 7.
