Looking for Henry George Millerman, born in Newburg, NY Feb. 22, 1888. He enlisted in the US Army in Waterloo in 1904, occupation listed as farmer, home Denver, Iowa, contact as friend, Fred Hue, of Denver or Waterloo. Family lore states he was an orphan. When he died in 1923 he had a mother and sister who preceded him in death by weeks,and brothers who lived in New York state. The family was Catholic, but Henry was said to have no love for the Catholic church. I am wondering if he got to Iowa on an orphan train, possibly from a Catholic orphanage.
