Hello Jenny, At the present time I do not have this child listed as a 'rider' to Iowa on the O.T. She may have been known by another name either when she arrived in Iowa or shortly thereafter. Could this have been her married name? Also, where did she live in Iowa? These are all clues that ,when answered ,could lead to finding her if she was a 'rider' to Iowa.
