James KELLY,Frank KELLY, John KELLY

I am looking for the ancestors of James KELLY b-Aug. 5, 1927 NY. and d-Dec. 20, 2003. He had a brother name Frank KELLY. There were other sibblings but we do not have the names of them.
Possibility James and Franks parents were John KELLY and Margaret ROBB.
For some reason James and his sibblings were placed in the Childs Village in Dobbs Ferry, NY.
James KELLY married Grace May (EVERTS) KELLY she may have been born in Iowa.
I appreciate any help...
