Institutionlized child

Phyllis Campbell, 12 years old in 1930. She was a resident of the Iowa Lutheran Childrens home in 1930. I am looking for any and all information on this person. She was born 1917-1918 approximately. The 1930 census shows her a resident at the above listed home. It states that the was born in Minnesota. It also lists that she could read and write so do not know the level of her infirmities. She would be around 88 years old at this time if still alive. Can not get any family information help since all parents, siblings are gone. Any help regarding her and or how to get information on the Lutheran Childrens home would be great!
