I checked the Mills County Cemetery book (published 1982) and did not find your Marie Clark listed as buried in Mills County, Iowa. I did check ancestry and found she was listed as a resident of the facility in the US Census for the years, 1920, 1930 and 1940. There is a chance that she was transferred to another facility after the 1940 Census was taken or that she passed away and taken back to Missouri to area she was born. I have found that anything is possible when searching.
