Kathy, Family Search shows that a Herman Mohr, son of Joachim Mohr, died in Glenwood at age 30 on 11 May 1909. I don't know if this is your Herman Mohr or not. It does not say that he is buried at the Institution, so he could be buried at the city cemetery. If he died at the institution, he would have been listed in their books, I would think. It was not, however, unusual for people with tuberculosis, etc to live there. Just some perspective and perhaps a hint, if this is the correct Herman Mohr.
