Jeanne,
I cannot find any records of a Golden Rule Home in Mills County. However, at one time, there was a Golden Rule Funeral home in Page County. The 1880 census shows William and Susannah Williamson living in Page County. Perhaps you can find out more information about them in Page County, http://iagenweb.org/page/. Good luck in your search.
