Ernest C. Locke Held Under $1,000
Bond for Desertion

Charged with wife desertion, Ernest C. Locke, arraigned Thursday in Justice B. L. Burritts court, was held to the grand jury under $1,000 bonds. Locke had not furnished bond at noon today and was still in jail. The charges were filed by Mrs. Locke and Locke was placed under arrest at his home on Swayze Street by Sherriff Henry after a search of a week had been made for him.
