NOTICE OF EXPIRATION

To MARY JEREMIAH:

You are hereby notified that the following described real estate, situated
in Cleveland, Lucas County, Iowa, to wit: Lot eighty-four (84) was sold for
the taxes of 1904, on the 4th day of December, A.D. 1905, to JOHN J. WATKINS
and that the right of redemption will expire and the treasurer's deed for
said land will be made, unless redemption for such sale be made within 90
days from the completed service of this notice. You will govern yourself
accordingly.

Dated this 3d day of June, A.D., 1909.
