Page 1After several weeks of failing health Miss Sarenah Francisco passed away at the home on her sister, Mrs. J. F. Holiday in Morning Sun, May 31 at 1:15 p. m. Miss Francisco's life work was that of a teacher and she followed this vocation for many years and was an inspiration to many lives. She taught for eighteen years in her home town of Brooklyn and four years at West Liberty when her health began to fail and she came to Morning Sun to make her home with her sister. She has won many friends by her earnest, loyal Christian character. She united with the Methodist church when sixteen year of age and has been a very consistent useful Christian worker. She was dearly beloved by all who knew her in her home town of Brooklyn. Her life has been very useful and one filled with loving deeds of kindness. The funeral service was held at the home of J. F. Holiday, Thursday morning at 8:30, conducted by Rev. Geo. Blagg of the Methodist church. The remains were taken on the 10 o'clock train to Brooklyn.
