Morning Sun, April 23 - Mrs. Frank Kerr died at her home north of town Monday morning, after a brief illness with pneumonia. Mrs. Sadie Owens Kerr was born July, 1854, in this county. She was married about thirty-one years ago to Frank Kerr. Eight children were born to this union, all of whom survive. Besides the husband and children, two brothers, Robert and Dan Owens, of this place and a sister, Mrs. Sprowl, of Creston, Ia., mourn her death. The funeral services were conducted by her pastor, Rev. C. R. Zimmerman, at the home Tuesday at 2 p. m. Interment being made in the old cemetery north of town.
