Miss Lizzie Werner, a young woman 10 yeas of age, died at the home of her mother, Mrs. Will Sellers, Sunday, Feb. 3, 1907. She had been sick with consumption for some time. Deceased is highly spoken of as a most excellent young lady, loved and respected for her goodness and kindness of heart and the beauty of her character. She leaves her mother, two sisters and two brothers, besides a large circle of friends who laud her virtues and regret her seemingly untimely death. The funeral was held in Cairo Tuesday, with burial in the cemetery south of that place.
