Hello -- I did some further research on the Julia M. (Hall) Palmer death & found the burial place in Riverview Cemetery, Algona, IA.
On the Riverview Cemetery page of burials on this Kossuth County IAGenWeb site, it does list a burial for Mrs. Dan. Palmer (the date of death is listed as 21 Oct 1893. There are quite a number of other PALMER burials listed in Riverview Cemetery. Hope this helps.
Also, I searched on ancestry.com and found that her marriage to Daniel H. Palmer took place in Cresco Twp, Kossuth Co. on 26 Jan 1887.
Ancestry also revealed that the Palmer marriage was a second marriage for Julia M. Hall. Julia (age 17) first married Wm. R. Smith (age 20) at Lotts Creek, Iowa on 17 July 1881.
