OXFORD JUNCTION - Funeral services for Mrs. Ray Mizaur, 57, Oxford Junction were held Friday, Dec. 3 at 1:30 p.m. at the United Methodist church with the Rev. Rodney Turner officiating. She died Tuesday, Nov. 30 in her home following a lingering illness. Mrs. Otto Koranda and Mrs. Hans Ahrendsen were vocalists with Mrs. Lillian Bees, organist.

Eleanor Hale Mizaur was born in Jackson county June 6, 1914, the daughter of William A. and Hazel J. Ricker Hale and lived in the Baldwin area. On March 7, 1936 she was married to Ray Mizaur at Rock Island, Ill. They lived most of their married life in Oxford Junction. She was a member of Peerless Chapter, Order of Eastern Star.

Mrs. Mizaur is survived by her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Patti) Woods, Decatur, Ill.; a son, Kenny, McCausland; three grandchildren, her mother, one sister, Mrs. Bruce (Eloise) Luett, Baldwin; two brothers, Stanley of Monmouth and Merlin, Sherman Oaks, Calif. She was preceded in death by her father and a son.

Burial was at Mayflower cemetery at Oxford Junction. Pallbearers were Lyle Raiber, Otto Koranda, Ray Sobotka, Lumir Vacek, Lester Specht and Louis Ingwersen.
