Struck by Lightning
On Monday evening of the last week the house of John Nibloch of Richland Township, was struck by lightning in rather a peculiar manner. The fluid entered at the top of the door and passed downward through a wire screen and out again through the casement driving a nail out of its socket but fortunately doing no other damage. Mrs. Nibloch was alone as in bed at the time, and has felt its affects ever since. It melted the screen so completely, that the drops were found on the floor.
