Craig A. Reynolds, 78, of North Liberty formerly of Davenport and Arkansas, passed away from Lewy body dementia and Parkinson’s Disease Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at his home surrounded by family.
A visitation will be held from 9-11 AM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Coralville. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, March 15, 2025, at the church. Private inurnment will be held at a later date in Davenport, IA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Craig’s memory to Iowa City Hospice or Michael J. Fox Foundation.
Craig A. Reynolds was born on March 2, 1947, in Davenport, IA, the son of Richard and Ottille (Williams) Reynolds. He graduated from Davenport West in 1965 and shortly there after joined the Navy. In 1971 he began his career at Davenport Bank and Trust, where he eventually met his wife. On September 1, 1973, he married Kathy A. Olson. In 1993, Craig and Kathy moved to Little Rock Arkansas for Craig’s job. In 2012 they returned to Iowa to be closer to family.
Craig loved technology, music and road trips. He bought his first apple computer in 1985 and has been a fan ever since. Craig also enjoyed cars.
Those left to honor his memory are his wife, Kathy; three children, Ann (Jim) Huss, Topher (Tana) Reynolds and Jessica Reynolds; three grandchildren, Dillon (Jamie) Huss, Kelsey Huss and Maren Huss; one great-grandchild, James Huss; sister, Betty (Pat) Miller; two in-laws, Louise (Walt) Schwan and Jim (Deb) Reep; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Craig was preceded in death by his parents; parents-in-law, Bob and Jane Olson, and sister-in-law, Roberta Reep.
His family is eternally grateful to Iowa City Hospice for the love and support they gave Craig during his last days.
