Things to research on Jefferson County Web site

1856 census Walnut towship (all)
house 828 - 149 is the John Park family
John's wife was a Jane Johnston, then it lists
their own children.....
next it lists the children of David S Johnston
who died in l851.

John, Margaret, Dorcas Ann and James

In guardianship box 12 at the courthouse it tells
John Park in l856 appointed their guardian
In l857 John Park died out in Cassville PA and
a N.Cole and Henderson Gorsuch were the new
guardian of the two minors Dorcas & James

Our early marriages before l880 are also on our
website but noted Dorcas was listed as Johnson
thru error

If you look in cemeteries.....Lower Richwoods,
alphabetically you will find John Park's wife
==================================================
I did not find the Schook surname in this county,
but a lot of Snook's
==================================================
Hopefully you will contact the researcher in this
county Richard Thompson as I am 86 and no longer
