Death record for Mary Martin 1866-1880 in Jefferson Co.

Hoping to find a death record for a Mary Martin who I believe married William Martin in Jones Co in September of 1866, and showed up on Jefferson Co census of 1870 with William, but not with William on a 1880 Jones Co census so am guessing she might have died in Jefferson Co between 1866 and 1880. Would appreciate someone looking to see if Mary Martin did die in Jefferson Co during this time. Thnak you,
