Death records in Iowa started July l880. Things to
think about................ Was shea widow at time of her death? Was her husband still living in the l880 Jefferson County Census?
Or did he move away and live close to one of his
children and die elsewhere? In the Fairfield Library family sheet drawer there is a 3 generation chart compiled by (unknown to me until I go to the
library) So...someone else is working on this family and I will write you after I go to town on
Wednesday. I am hibernating with the zero temps.
