Maxine SCHWARTZ
January 5, 1921 - April 12, 2024

Rhea Maxine TWEEDY SCHWARTZ was born in Fairfield, IA, the daughter of Charles and Luella (MULLINIX) TWEEDY. She married Dale Joseph SCHWARTZ in 1939, and they had two sons, Dennis and Daniel. She died in Urbandale, IA, at the Deerfield Retirement Community (note: in Polk Co., IA).

Maxine is survived by her sons Dennis and Daniel (Judy); six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, all seven siblings, and her husband of 59 years, Dale.

Services were private. Memorial contributions to Douglas Avenue Presbyterian Church or St. Croix Hospice in Ankeny.
