Mornin' Laura, The marr. record you have is the civil document. From Wy. or Ut? For baptismal records contact the current local gene, historical societies or libraries to find out what churches were in the area in the baptismal time frames. I have no faith in family lore. It's usually wrong anyway. It may be near Maquoketa but could also include Clinton or Jones counties. And where someone was in 1873 has nothing to do with where they are in 1880 or 1885. Dick
