Denise, As in any written communication your subject line should be used to draw attention to your post. Vague subject lines like "help" or "looking for information" are often passed over by volunteers. Be brief but with enough info to alert the reader whether they may be able to assist or not. The specific document you're requesting would determine how you'd choose to phrase your subject line. It wouldn't hurt to use the surname in the subject line, but not necessary. Dick
