The funeral of Mrs. John J. Jirak, who died Friday, July 4th, 1919, after a short illness, was held at the Holy Trinity church Sunday afternoon where scores of relatives and friends gathered to pay their last tribute of respect. The deceased was laid to rest in the Holy Trinity cemetery by the side of her husband who preceded her in death March 3rd, 1918. Six children survive, Joseph of Jackson Junction, Edward and John of Waterloo, Mrs. Theo. Bouska, William and Albert who reside here.
