Transformed.
The home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Burr, one mile east of Cresco, was made sad last Monday morning, June 2nd, by the sudden passing of their little daughter. She had been ailing only a few days and her trouble was not thought to be serious when suddenly, and almost without warning, the little spirit took its flight.
Alice Irene was born November 11, 1918, and was transformed to an Angel on June 2, 1919, making bright and happy the home of her parents for six months and twenty-one days. She was a darling little rosebud and her memory will leave a sweet influence in the hearts of her parents, four grandparents, two great-grandmothers, uncles, aunts, and one little cousin.

“Sleep on in thy beauty,
Though sweet Angel child;
By sorrow unblighted,
By sin undefiled:
Like the dove to the ark,
Thou hast flown to thy rest,
From the wild sea of strife,
To the home of the blest.”

CARD OF THANKS.
We wish to thank our kind friends and neighbors for their help and sympathy at the death of our darling baby and also for the many beautiful floral offerings.
MR. AND MRS. FRANK BURR.

Transcriber's Note: Find a Grave shows she is buried in the New Oregon Cemetery.
