Word has been received by his relatives by the death of Loss Baldwin at St. Louis. His body will be brought here for burial, the funeral presumably being held from his brother Fred’s residence.

Leslie Baldwin was born April 29th, 1852 in Franklin Co., N. Y., came to Fayette, Iowa in 1851{?} and to Fillmore Co. in 1859, where he spent the main part of his life since. He was never married and made his home with his brothers. He died at St. Louis on May 17, 1919. The remains were brought to Chester and the funeral held from his brother Fred’s residence.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave he was born Apr. 26, 1854 (this does not agree with the above) and died May 17, 1919. He is buried in the Chester Hill Cemetery.
