Death Summons - Mrs. Myers, of Faulkner, died at her home in that city last Thursday. She was 80 years of age and death resulted from old age. Mrs. Myers was well known thru out the surrounding country and leaves many friends besides two sons to mourn her death. Ther funeral services were held from the Methodist church in that city Saturday last.

We clip the following from Faulkner cor, to Franklin Recorder: The funeral of Mrs. Isabel Meyers, widow of the late Moses Meyers, was held last Saturday afternoon at the M.E. church, services conducted by Rev. Robb of Aplington, assisted by Rev. Smith of Ackley. Quite a number of friends and relatives gathered to show their love and respect for Grandma Meyers as she was familiarly called. She died Thursday morning shortly after eight o'clock at the home of her son, George. A hard cold had taken hold of her frail body and with her age of 80 years it was more than she could stand. Her two sons, George and Samuel, are left to mourn the loss of a loving mother.
