Stoddart Dewey (1853-19 ? )was a well known journalist in Paris writing for The Nation and the New York Evening post. He was born in N.Y. City of Silas Dewey and Jane nee Stoddard. He had a brother Charles Dewey. He died unmarried and without issue.
