Address for ordering death certificates

I would like the address of the Dickinson County courthouse for ordering death certificates and also the e-mail address for the library in Dickinson County for obits. I am searching for information on Thomas Crosby Warner who died in Spirit Lake March 10, 1901 and is buried in the Lakeview Cemetery, along with his wife Nancy and some of their children. I believe that Thomas is the younger brother of my great grandmother, Polly Warner Cady who died in Buena Vista County, Iowa. Thank you!
